  Sylhet District Association - Portsmouth operates to empower as many individuals as possible by brightening their lives through community focused cultural activities and inclusion.  The association is determined to reach out to as many individuals in Portsmouth and surrounding area as possible.

To empower the Sylheti community in Portsmouth and surrounding area enabling them to help themselves – Community through unity.

Our activities are focused on promoting Sylhet and developing the community through integration projects and activities with the aspiration of long-term growth and cohesion.

  Bringing about change is a challenge. However, with the help of its dedicated committee and members we can surmount this challenge – our motto is COMMUNITY THROUGH UNITY.
